This Sunday: We're Opening Magnums of La Bruja '23

Every Sunday, working with the redoubtable Tuggy Meyer of Huntsworth Wines opposite the pub, we open a big bottle or two of superior wine and sell it by the glass and carafe. This Sunday's offering is magnums of La Bruja '23 by cult Spanish winemaker Comando G.

Citing the world’s greatest Grenache – Château Rayas – as their inspiration, Dani Gomez Jiménez-Landi and Fernando García of Comando G are producing some of Spain’s most sought-after and finessed wines.

Given the tiny production quantities and widespread demand among winos seduced by their Pinot Noir-like elegance, Comando G’s bottles have become increasingly hard to find.
